Qualifications

• Retail management experience: 1–3 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales through customer-centric strategies.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and implement action plans.
• Lead Service Leader duties and ensure SOPs.
• Promote omni-channel experiences.
• Ensure compliance standards.
