Athleta is seeking an Assistant Manager in Appleton, WI to set the store tone and lead the team in delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will drive profitable sales growth through operations, merchandising, and talent development under the guidance of the General Manager.

You’ll coach Leads, Experts, and Brand Associates to build a high-performing team, while ensuring brand standards and omni-channel initiatives are executed to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Excellent communication with customers and team.
• Ability to travel as required and work a flexible schedule.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability through customer-focused operations.
• Recruit, hire, and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Lead assigned area and implement action plans for efficiency.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOP compliance.
• Represent the brand and understand the retail landscape and competition.
• Promote community involvement and omni-channel experience.
