Collaborate with the GM/AGM to coach Leads, Experts and Brand Associates, build a high-performing team, ensure consistent SOPs, and deliver a best-in-class in-store experience. Flexible schedule required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail management experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and deliver results through a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures.
• Represent the brand and understand the competitive retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement.
