TravelCenters of America is seeking a Store Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in operating and marketing the Travel Store/Convenience Store. Responsibilities include staffing, training, staff supervision, and driving profitability to return travelers to the road better than they came.

You will lead a team, build a positive environment, recruit and train staff, and ensure high service and product knowledge while meeting company performance standards.

Competenze

• Leadership experience with teams in a retail or convenience store setting.
• Ability to coach and manage staff per company guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
