TravelCenters of America is seeking a Store Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager with operations and marketing for the Travel Store/Convenience Store. You will supervise staff, train teammates, and help drive profitability while delivering fast, friendly service to travelers.

You will lead by example, recruit and coach team members, manage vendor relationships and safety standards, and ensure growth opportunities within TA.

Competenze

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• Supervisory experience in convenience store, truck service, travel center, or related industry.
• Exhibit good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; operational understanding of POS software.
