Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional retail experience.
• Customer service, training, and merchandising/stocking experience preferred.
• Computer skills with Google Workspace and Qlik.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in store environments.
• Bridge customer service with corporate support for issue resolution.
• Promote company-wide customer initiatives (donations, loyalty programs, promotions).
• Create effective work schedules for the assigned area.
• Guide and support the team to ensure task completion and a collaborative environment.
• Support training for store associates in your area.
• Manage merchandise presentation and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
• Maintain signage, pricing accuracy, and backroom stock management.
• Verify incoming shipments pricing and perform daily manifest checks.
• Identify and display priority items effectively.
• Handle packouts, returns, and transfers per company policies.
• Uphold store safety and maintenance standards.
• Supervise store operations during openings/closings when designated.
• Operate a cash register as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
