Qualifications

• 1+ years professional retail experience.
• Customer service and training experience preferred.
• Experience with ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
• Proficient in Google apps and Qlik for daily tasks.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse clientele and foster a welcoming environment.
• Bridge gaps between customers and corporate customer service for effective resolutions.
• Promote company-wide customer initiatives, loyalty programs, promotions.
• Create effective work schedules for the assigned area.
• Guide and support the team to ensure task completion and collaboration.
• Support training for store associates and growth across levels.
• Manage merchandise presentation and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate signage and ticketing, inventory flow, and backroom stock.
• Verify pricing accuracy of incoming shipments and report discrepancies.
• Identify priority items and display them effectively.
• Handle packaways, returns, and transfers per company policies.
• Uphold store safety and maintenance standards.
• Occasionally supervise store operations including opening/closing.
• Operate a cash register as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies.
