Qualifications

• Experience in training and merchandise ordering preferred.
• Computer skills include Google platform and Qlik.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster an inclusive environment.
• Bridge customer issues between customers and corporate service.
• Promote company initiatives and loyalty programs.
• Create effective work schedules for the assigned area.
• Guide and support team to ensure tasks are completed.
• Support training for store associates and growth opportunities.
• Manage merchandise presentation and signage.
• Verify pricing and handle shipments, returns, and stock flow.
• Uphold store safety and opening/closing procedures.
• Operate a cash register when needed.
