Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the Store for 100% of working time.
• Ability to bend, squat, kneel, climb, and carry objects.
• Ability to lift more than 25 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Associates and manage daily store operations.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Train and coach Associates on cash register procedures.
• Oversee front-end operations and customer service.
