Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates.
• Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment, reporting unsafe conditions.
• Ensure merchandise presentation and stockroom organization.
• Lead front-end operations and coach Associates on cash handling and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and loss prevention practices.
• Perform payroll and administrative duties as assigned by Store Manager.
