Job summary

REI is seeking a Senior Manager of Store Analytics to lead analytics, reporting, and business planning for the Stores organization. You will manage a team of analysts and partner with teams across the co-op to turn data into clear insights and practical actions.

You will shape how we measure store performance across our omnichannel business, build and maintain dashboards used by thousands, and help leaders make informed decisions to improve outcomes for stores, customers, and the co-op.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work in data analysis or data science.
• 5+ years of experience leading data or data science teams.
• Experience turning business needs into research, analysis, and clear advice for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of data experts.
• Create a data plan for stores including reports, dashboards, tests, data science, and business plans.
• Turn complex data into clear facts to guide store decisions and customer experience.
• Build models and tools to support store plans across store and digital channels.
• Guide store data and dashboard needs; collaborate with Tech and data teams to improve data quality.
