Michaels in Hoover, AL is hiring a team member to maintain the store’s cleanliness and provide friendly customer service. You will help customers find items, process transactions, and discuss Rewards programs.

Responsibilities include stocking, organizing aisles, supporting BOPIS and Ship from Store, and assisting with truck unloading and safety initiatives. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Competenze

• Experience in retail or cleaning is preferred.
• Able to provide friendly customer service and help shoppers.

Mansioni

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and rewards enrollments.
• Stock, truck unload, and planogram processes; support safety programs.
