Purpose:Performs a full range of administrative support duties for a dealership location. Directs phone calls received at the location to the appropriate dealership personnel.Responsibilities:Receives visitors and telephone calls ensuring these individuals are directed to the proper parties within the dealershipPrepares bank deposits and balances cash receiptsRecords standard accounts payable and accounts receivable entries on a daily and monthly basisMaintains accounts payable or accounts receivable recordsReviews purchase orders ensuring information is accurate and submits supporting paperwork to the Accounting DepartmentDistributes and maintains the corporate email and maintains dealership filesDrafts and types standard letters and memoranda as requested and prepares documents for distributionProvides administrative support to the sales, parts, and service departments at that locationMay order office supplies for the store locationWill work Monday through Friday during the specified hours, and can work weekends during busy times.Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:Solid clerical expertiseGeneral accounting knowledgeThe ability to manage customer and employee informationStrong people and communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsAbility to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft OfficeHigh School degree or equivalent experienceCompany History:Founded in 1937 by Charles Jacob Grossenburg and his wife Blanche, Grossenburg Implement started as a small family business with a big vision: to provide cutting-edge farming technology and unmatched service to the local community.
