Job summary

Litchfield Chamber of Commerce is seeking a Parts Counter Specialist for a local dealership to provide excellent service at the counter and by phone, source and recommend parts, process orders, and keep customers updated on pickup or delivery. The role requires experience in parts sales, the ability to collaborate with multiple departments, maintain inventory, and keep showroom displays in top condition.

Qualifications

• One or more years' experience with parts sales preferred.
• Experience connecting with customers and establishing rapport.
• Understanding of the selling processes.
• Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
• Able to bend, lift and carry.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with maintaining professional showroom image and merchandise displays.
