Job summary

The Container Store is hiring a Full-time Associate in Alpharetta, GA to greet customers, understand their organizational needs, and design storage solutions. You will ring up purchases with a focus on an outstanding customer experience and enroll customers in the rewards program.

Responsibilities include maintaining the sales floor, processing merchandise, assisting with curbside orders, and supporting the stockroom. Flexibility in scheduling is required; age 18+ is necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail sales experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills.
• Enjoys engaging with people and connecting with customers.
• Scheduling flexibility due to retail hours.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers at the front entrance or in-store
• Suggest solutions to customers’ organizational challenges
• Design and sell custom closets and storage solutions
• Operate as a cashier with strong focus on customer experience
• Enroll customers in the rewards program
• Assist with merchandise processing during early morning or evening shifts
• Maintain sales floor with shelf presentation per brand standards
• Assist with curbside or parking lot pickup/delivery support
• Assist with store cleaning and restocking
• Process orders for curbside pickup and/or delivery
• Organize stockroom to support selling efforts
• Adhere to time expectations with accuracy and pace
• Engage with customers to solve organizational challenges
