Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail sales experience is a plus.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Enjoys engaging with people and helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and greets customers at the store entrance or throughout the store.
• Assists customers by suggesting solutions for organizational challenges.
• Designs and sells custom closets and storage solutions.
• Works as a cashier with focus on customer experience at checkout.
• Enrolls customers in the rewards program.
• Supports curbside pickup and delivery orders.
• Maintains the sales floor, keeping shelves stocked and presentable.
• Organizes the stockroom to support selling efforts.
• Performs cleaning duties and adheres to brand standards.
• Adheres to time expectations with accuracy and pace.
• Engages with customers to solve their organizational needs.
