Job summary

The Container Store is seeking a Part-Time Retail Employee / Project Specialist in Atlanta, GA. This customer-facing role emphasizes upselling and engaging with walk-in customers in a fast-paced retail environment to ensure an amazing shopping experience.

You will greet customers, suggest storage solutions, and assist with checkout, curbside orders, and rewards enrollment while maintaining store presentation and helping customers organize their spaces.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail sales experience a plus.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and greets all customers at the front or throughout the store.
• Suggests solutions to customers’ organizational challenges.
• Designs and sells custom closets and storage solutions.
• Operates as a register with focus on customer experience at checkout.
• Enrolls customers in the rewards program.
• Supports with merchandise processing and stockroom organization.
• Handles curbside pick-up and delivery orders.
• Maintains the sales floor and brand standards.
