The Container Store is seeking a Retail Employee / Project Specialist in Novi to help customers design and implement storage solutions. You will greet customers, suggest organizational options, and assist at checkout while promoting our rewards program.

Ideal candidates will have strong computer skills, retail experience, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. We value service, teamwork, and a proactive approach to helping customers save space and time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail sales experience a plus.
• Strong computer skills.
• Must be available to work closing shifts from 4-9pm and have open availability on the weekends
• Understands retail is an ever-changing industry and requires flexibility in scheduling
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Provide solutions and guidance for organization needs.
• Assist with checkout and rewards program enrollment.
• Process curbside/pickup and delivery orders.
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization.
• Support cleaning and store upkeep
