Job summary

Go Store It - Self Storage is seeking a diligent Self-Storage Property Manager to maintain our Richmond, VA location and ensure smooth daily operations. You will walk the property each day, address minor fixes, keep units and common areas clean, and assist customers on site.

We offer steady full-time hours, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth. No college degree is required; a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a must, with training provided.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property every day and look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs; sweep, clean, and prep for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they’re working.
• Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
• Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smoothly.
