Job summary

StoragePRO Management is seeking an outgoing Assistant Store Manager to oversee self-storage facilities in Byron, CA. You will rent units, explain options, ensure clean, safe operations, and deliver exceptional customer service.

This role requires leadership, strong sales, and communication skills, with at least 2 years supervisory experience preferred. You’ll report to the District Manager, participate in training, maintain records, and support ongoing promotions and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and email.
• Able to build relationships with tenants and customers.
• US work authorization; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units, explaining different options and pricing to fit customer needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building positive relationships.
• Conduct regular facility inspections, ensuring cleanliness, security, and proper functioning of all equipment.
• Process payments, collect late fees, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Market and promote storage units and related products.
• Perform light maintenance tasks and report any major issues to designated personnel.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tenant information and rental agreements.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.
• Reports to District Manager
