Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience (preferred)
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Email applications
• Must have US work authorization and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units and explain options and pricing to customers
• Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries
• Conduct regular facility inspections for cleanliness and security
• Process payments, collect late fees, and maintain records
• Market and promote storage units and related products
• Perform light maintenance and report major issues
• Maintain tenant records and rental agreements
• Uphold company policies for a safe environment
