Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units and explain options to customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure security.
• Process payments, collect late fees, and maintain records.
• Market and promote storage units and related products.
• Perform light maintenance and report major issues.
• Maintain tenant records and rental agreements.
• Uphold company policies and ensure a safe environment.
• Report to the District Manager.
• Attendance is an essential job function.
• Take on other duties as assigned.
