Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Conduct regular facility inspections for cleanliness, security, and equipment safety.
• Process payments, collect late fees, and maintain financial records.
• Market and promote storage units and related products.
• Perform light maintenance and report major issues.
• Maintain tenant records and rental agreements.
• Uphold company policies and ensure a safe environment for all.
