West Coast Self-Storage is seeking a Storage Defender Success Specialist to lead deployment, adoption, and training of Storage Defender Smart Units across the West Coast portfolio. This role acts as the primary liaison between West Coast Self-Storage and Storage Defender, ensuring successful implementation and long‑term adoption growth.

The ideal candidate will train facility managers and call center teams, analyze performance data, and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and onboarding of Storage Defender Smart Units across facilities.
• Develop and deliver training resources for managers and staff.
• Monitor adoption, training completion, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with district managers, facility teams, and leadership to drive revenue and engagement.
• Create scalable processes, playbooks, and best practices for ongoing growth.
• Generate reports and provide actionable insights to leadership.
