Job summary

West Coast Self-Storage Group is seeking a Storage Defender Success Specialist to lead deployment, adoption, and training of Smart Units across Beaverton, OR and Everett, WA. This role acts as the primary liaison with Storage Defender to drive performance and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate thrives in training, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, with strong communication and analytical skills, and willingness to travel for onboarding and implementation activities.

Qualifications

• Ability to train, coach, and influence team members across multiple locations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for onboarding, training, and implementation activities.
• Experience creating training materials and facilitating instructor-led training.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, adoption, training, and ongoing performance of Storage Defender Smart Units across the portfolio.
• Coordinate facility onboarding, deployment schedules, readiness checklists, and standards.
• Develop training resources including guides, videos, scripts, job aids, and supporting materials.
• Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities to improve adoption, conversion, and revenue.
• Collaborate with District Managers, facility teams, call center leadership, and vendor partners.
