Value Store It Self Storage is seeking a Storage Consultant to join our team. This role may be full or part time and may be assigned to multiple sites to support operations when a manager is off duty.

TheStorage Consultant will help drive revenue, manage delinquency and occupancy, and maintain cleanliness and exceptional customer service across sites. Training, benefits, and flexible hours are available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED; 1 year related experience in direct sales, retail or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maximize conversion of telephone and walk-in inquiries into rentals.
• Promote Value Store It Self Storage in the community.
• Handle cash and balance receipts; process daily deposits accurately.
• Assist with collections and posting payments.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and answer phones.
• Maintain accurate records for each customer and use Windows systems.
