West Coast Self-Storage is seeking a Storage Defender Success Specialist to lead deployment, adoption, training, and performance across our West Coast portfolio. This full-time, on-site role will coordinate with district managers, facility teams, call center leadership, and vendors to ensure successful Smart Unit implementation and long-term adoption growth.

The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who enjoys training others, solving problems, and driving revenue through effective product

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and influence teams across multiple locations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business tech platforms.
• Travel willingness for onboarding and training activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and onboarding of Storage Defender Smart Units.
• Develop and deliver training programs for facility and district managers and call center staff.
• Drive adoption, track performance, and influence revenue goals across facilities.
• Collaborate with field leadership to create action plans for underperforming locations.
• Generate reports and provide insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
