Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Storage Customer Service Representative in Clarkston, GA. You will be the face of our service team, helping customers with storage needs, demonstrating units, and processing rental agreements.

The role includes maintaining the facility, performing light repairs, and supporting site management. A driver’s license with a clean record is required, and weekend/holiday work is expected. On-the-job education is provided.

Qualifications

• Driver’s license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lifting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by answering inquiries and showing storage units.
• Explain terms of rental agreements and prepare rental contracts.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and secure vacant units.
• Support site manager with facility operations and routine repairs.
• Participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University.
