Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Storage Customer Service Representative in Brentwood, NH. You will assist customers, show units, explain rental terms and prepare contracts while supporting the site manager with facility operations.

There is ongoing training through U-Haul University and opportunities to work with up-to-date technology to dispatch and return equipment. The role involves light to moderate physical tasks, operating U-Scan technology, and ensuring units are clean, dry, and ready for customers.

Qualifications

• Driver's license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the site manager with facility operations.
• Answer phone inquiries from active and prospective customers.
• Show storage units, explain rental terms and prepare contracts.
• Perform general routine property cleanup and minor repairs.
• Ensure vacant storage units are clean, dry, secure and ready for new customers.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services and manage rentals using U-Scan.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect equipment.
