Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative at the Moultonborough, NH location. You will assist customers with U-Haul products and services, using U-Scan for rentals and inventory management, and help move and hook up trucks and trailers.

You may also inspect equipment and prepare invoices during shifts. Responsibilities include answering questions, educating customers about products, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including fluids levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
