Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Storage Customer Service Representative in Burnsville, MN. You will be the face of our service, helping customers with storage unit tours, rental terms, and contracts, while assisting with equipment dispatch and returns using up-to-date technology.

The role offers on-the-job education, a $100 hiring bonus, and a $300 sign-on bonus after completion of the 1-2-3 Punch Certification. Weekend and holiday availability required.

Qualifications

• Driver’s license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the site manager with facility operations.
• Answer phone inquiries from active and prospective customers.
• Show storage units, explain the terms of rental agreements and prepare rental contracts.
• Perform general routine property cleanup and minor repair work.
• Ensure that all vacant storage units are clean, dry, secure and available for new customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
