Job summary

Symetra Financial Corporation is seeking a Stop Loss Account Manager for the West Region. You will manage new and renewal business, coordinating with sales, underwriting, and Home Office teams to meet growth and persistency goals.

You will lead client onboarding, present the GO portal, and support brokers through RFPs. A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred, with 3 years of related experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College degree or equivalent work experience strongly preferred.
• 3 years of related work experience required.
• Demonstrate a consultative servicing approach to clients and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall service experience for existing accounts with brokers and clients.
• Monitor monthly claim reporting, premium remittances, and data uploads.
• Respond to client inquiries and proactively identify concerns to ensure positive outcomes.
• Lead renewal process to retain active and profitable accounts with sales and underwriting partners.
