Job summary

Highmark Health's HM Insurance Group seeks a skilled sales account support professional for the Stop Loss unit. The role facilitates implementation and ongoing administration of group accounts, supporting the sales team with RFP intake, underwriting, and client service across producers, clients, and internal stakeholders.

The position is 100% remote with Northern California candidates highly preferred, and fully remote candidates outside that geography will work Pacific Time hours.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant, progressive experience in stop loss, employer benefits, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or employee benefits consulting preferred.
• Strong communication and interdepartmental coordination skills.
• Remote work ability with Pacific Time overlap.

Responsibilities

• Load and maintain group information and benefit files.
• Interact with Account Managers and sales teams to provide support.
• Resolve benefit inquiries from clients and producers.
• Coordinate meetings, projects, implementations with clients and core partners.
• Assist with mass updates and new product implementations.
• Serve as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
