Job summary

Berkley Accident and Health is seeking an Account Manager to support employer Stop Loss programs by partnering with brokers, TPAs, and policyholders to manage renewal accounts and ongoing servicing. You will report to the Director of Account Management and own the renewal lifecycle from acceptance to policy issuance.

This hybrid role offers collaboration with Sales, Underwriting, Claims, and Quality teams, with opportunities for internal mobility and growth within a Fortune 500-backed firm.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 10–15%

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned Stop Loss renewal accounts.
• Manage the full renewal lifecycle from acceptance through policy issuance with accuracy and timelines.
• Coordinate with brokers, TPAs, and internal teams on compliance, licensing, paperwork, and reporting.
• Review and process implementation and renewal documentation, including premium and stop-loss remittance.
• Monitor premium collections, resolve discrepancies, and partner with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Underwriting, Claims, Policy Issuance, and Quality teams.
• Support Business Development and Sales efforts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
