Job summary

PrideStaff in Tennessee seeks an Account Manager / Sales Representative to serve as the main contact for clients from initial consultation through installation. You will blend customer service, sales, and project coordination in a hands-on, outdoor yard setting.

You will greet clients, present stone options, prepare estimates, and coordinate with templaters, fabricators, and installers to ensure a smooth project flow while delivering excellent service and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Sales, account management, or customer-facing roles experience.
• Knowledge of granite, quartz, marble, or stone materials is a plus (training provided).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read drawings, blueprints, or measurements (or willingness to learn).
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking clients through the yard.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients on-site and guide them through the stone yard, explaining options and pricing.
• Prepare accurate estimates and quotes from drawings and measurements.
• Coordinate with templaters, fabricators, installers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow.
• Track milestones, scheduling, and resolve issues proactively.
• Provide on-site support and explain material variations to clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a positive experience.
