Job summary

Solitude Mountain Resort is hiring a Stone Haus Pizza Cook/Cashier to join the Food & Beverage team. You will take orders, cook pizza to recipe standards, and provide friendly service to guests on the slopes and in town. A shift includes one free meal and access to resort perks.

Must be 21+, obtain Utah Food Handler Permit within 30 days, and complete Utah DABS-approved alcohol server training. Flexible, weekend-friendly availability is needed.

Qualifications

• Kitchen or restaurant experience preferred; ability to follow recipes and operate restaurant equipment.
• Strong customer service skills and teamwork.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain Utah Food Handler Permit within 30 days.
• Utah DABS-approved alcohol server training within 30 days.
• Must arrive on time in Stone Haus uniform and maintain food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and enter into POS system.
• Learn Stone Haus menu and make recommendations.
• Prepare and assemble menu items to recipe and presentation standards.
• Sell and serve beer responsibly and verify guest age.
• Keep lobby, dining area, and workstations stocked and clean.
• Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties.
• Assist Stone Haus Manager with additional tasks as needed.
