Alterra Mountain Company is seeking a Seasonal Restaurant Server at Solitude Mountain Resort in Utah. The role requires coordinating orders with the kitchen, providing prompt, friendly service, and upholding Solitude’s dining standards.

The server will assist managers and other staff, handle reservations, and help maintain a smooth dining experience. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional organization, flexibility to work holidays/weekends, and a Food Handler’s Certificate (or ability to

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the ordering system.

• Answer incoming phone calls and schedule reservations for customers.
• Help the restaurant manager, kitchen staff, host, and other servers as needed and complete additional tasks.

The restaurant server is to sell the menu and place orders with the kitchen to ensure proper timing of delivery. Anticipate all guest’s needs and provide prompt and friendly service.
