Job summary
Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a Stone Haus Pizza Cook/Cashier to take orders, prepare pizza, and provide friendly, efficient service to skiers, riders, and summer guests at Stone Haus Pizzeria.
You will learn the Stone Haus menu, maintain clean work areas, and uphold safety and alcohol-service standards. Perks include a free meal per shift and access to resort benefits.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older (required by Utah law to sell and serve alcohol)
- Must obtain a Utah Food Handler Permit within 30 days of hire
- Must complete Utah DABS-approved alcohol server training within 30 days of hire
- Must arrive on time and in full Stone Haus uniform for every scheduled shift
- Must maintain a clean, neat personal appearance and follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Must follow Solitude Mountain Resort standards, policies, and procedures, including food safety, alcohol service, and age verification protocols
Responsibilities
- Take food and beverage orders and accurately enter them into the POS system
- Learn the Stone Haus menu well enough to make recommendations and answer guest questions
- Prepare and assemble menu items to recipe and presentation standards
- Sell and serve beer responsibly, verify guest age, and refuse service when appropriate
- Keep the lobby, dining area, and workstations stocked and clean throughout the shift
- Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties
- Assist the Stone Haus Manager with additional tasks as needed

Are you a motivated, guest-focused person with food and beverage experience? Want to work somewhere with incredible views and an even better team? As a Stone Haus Cook/Cashier, you'll take orders, make great pizza, and deliver friendly, efficient service to skiers, riders, and summer guests. Plus, who doesn't love pizza? - Must be 21 years of age or older (required by Utah law to sell and serve alcohol)

- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
