Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a Facilities Attendant to maintain day-to-day operations of mountain facilities. You will clean public areas, manage supplies, and assist guests in a fast-paced mountain environment.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adaptability to varied outdoor conditions, with opportunities to participate in resort perks and on-mountain duties. Training and supportive management accompany a full-time hourly schedule.

Qualifications

• Sufficient communication skills to answer guest questions.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to tolerate varying weather conditions and outdoor work.
• Capable of stepping, climbing, kneeling, squatting, and reaching above shoulders.

Responsibilities

• Clean public facilities including lobby, corridors, elevators, stairways, and restrooms.
• Collect trash and debris, sweep, and perform winter cleaning duties.
• Communicate in a pleasant and respectful manner with staff and guests.
• Notify a Manager of incidents or injuries.
• Transport trash and waste to designated disposal area.
• Stock and organize guest supplies, sanitation and cleaning items.
• Use all materials and tools safely to avoid injuries or damage.

The Facilities Attendant is responsible for the day-to-day operations and upkeep of the mountain facilities. The ideal candidate will enjoy caretaking our facilities to ensure they are in tip-top shape for our guests.
