Job summary

Allied Stone is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at our stone manufacturing facility. You will implement preventive maintenance, perform equipment and building repairs, monitor reliability, and minimize downtime while driving continuous improvement and safety.

Work includes coordinating with production, managing vendors, maintaining records, and controlling costs. Candidates should have 3–5 years in maintenance supervision and CMMS experience; trade-school background

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a Maintenance Management / Supervisor role.
• Proven experience with maintenance of manufacturing machinery and facility infrastructure.
• Experience with CMMS platforms, Limble preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery and facility infrastructure.
• Develop and track proactive maintenance schedules to optimize equipment reliability.
• Coordinate maintenance windows with production to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues; deploy prompt solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors for services, upgrades, and parts procurement.
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations across maintenance operations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, shift pass-downs, and equipment history.
• Monitor spend and identify cost-effective maintenance solutions.
• Mentor and develop the maintenance team.
