You will drive equipment reliability, optimize maintenance programs and mentor a high‑performing team focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement.

The role combines office and plant floor presence, with responsibilities spanning preventative maintenance, capital projects, inventory control and cross‑functional

Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferred or related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis and maintenance program development.
• Experience leading teams and building a high‑performace culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations, prioritizing work and ensuring timely response to production needs while maintaining a strong safety culture
• Oversee and continuously improve preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and equipment reliability
• Plan, budget, and execute capital improvement projects involving facilities, equipment, and technology upgrades
• Develop, coach, and mentor maintenance technicians; build a cross‑functional, highly skilled team through training and onboarding
• Manage parts inventory and service strategies to balance cost, availability, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to troubleshoot issues, resolve root causes, and support continuous improvement initiatives
