Job summary

W3Global seeks an experienced Fabrication Shop Manager to lead a stone fabrication facility’s daily operations, from production planning to installation coordination. You’ll manage craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction while guiding a skilled production team and coordinating with project management and field staff.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong CNC and stone fabrication knowledge, and a track record of improving process efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in stone fabrication, countertop manufacturing, or a related industry.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of granite, quartz, marble, quartzite, and other natural stone products.
• Experience operating or overseeing CNC equipment and stone fabrication machinery.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to lead teams while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily fabrication shop operations, including cutting, polishing, finishing, and installation coordination.
• Develop production schedules and installation plans to meet project deadlines.
• Monitor workflow, labor allocation, productivity, and shop efficiency.
• Visit jobsites to review field conditions, verify measurements, assess logistics, and support project execution.
• Coordinate with project managers and field operations to ensure projects are delivered successfully and on schedule.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve production processes and efficiency.
