Allied Stone is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in a stone fabrication facility. You will implement preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate with production, and ensure equipment reliability.

Qualifications include 3–5 years in maintenance leadership, experience with stone fabrication machinery, and familiarity with CMMS (Limble preferred). The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and budget control in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a Maintenance Management/Supervisor role in manufacturing.
• Experience maintaining stone fabrication machinery and related equipment.
• Experience with CMMS platforms; Limble preferred; trade school is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team in preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery and facilities.
• Develop and track proactive maintenance schedules to maximize uptime.
• Coordinate maintenance windows with Production teams to minimize disruption.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment to reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with external vendors for services, upgrades, and parts.
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations across maintenance operations.
• Maintain logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and safety audits.
• Monitor and control maintenance spend and optimize resources.
• Mentor and develop the maintenance team for growth and skill progression.
