Classic Granite and Marble, Virginia's premier stone fabricator, seeks a Customer Service Coordinator. The role interfaces with leadership and clients, handling inquiries and project support. You will manage records, coordinate with manufacturers for warranty claims, and help drive project execution from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.

• Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.
• Send post installation surveys to customers.
• Liaison between customers and manufacturers for warranty claims.
• Create, distribute, and collect documents on behalf of Classic Granite & Marble.
• Perform follow up on open service tickets to ensure completion.
• Staying informed on installation and service methods to speak confidently with customers.
• Participate in training new employees.
• Advising management on executing long-term project management.
• Has individual authority to formulate or deviate from corporate policy without prior approval.
