Job summary

Classic Granite and Marble in Powhatan, VA, is seeking an Account Coordinator to support onboarding, setup, and ongoing maintenance of builder and contractor accounts. Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• 2–4 years of experience in account coordination, customer service, sales support, or operations.
• Experience working with CRM or sales systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of new accounts by ensuring forms, documentation, contacts, and pricing are entered into the sales system.
• Maintain and audit existing accounts for accuracy of contacts, pricing, and documentation; perform semi-annual account reviews.
• Serve as a liaison between project managers, outside sales reps, and clients to address questions and ensure clear communication.
• Communicate updates to clients regarding pricing changes, product offerings, and builder program updates with leadership coordination.
• Present client reviews and feedback to the Director of Operations to improve service and processes.
• Proactively engage clients by showing showroom tours and coordinating introductions to project managers and leadership.
• Cross-train and back up into other functions as needed; perform other tasks as assigned.
