Kirkland's is seeking a Stock Team Member to support freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment. The role requires quick, organized work and a sense of urgency to keep stock and pricing up to date.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, maintaining stockrooms, and executing markdowns while supporting brand integrity. Flexibility for weekends/evenings is valued, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Able to lift and move 45 pounds or more regularly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.
• Assist in product assembly, markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Support driving profitable sales and protect company assets.
• Take personal accountability for individual performance.
• Work on the salesfloor with respectful, professional customer interaction and adhere to dress code.
• Demonstrate commitment to Kirkland's Home Values.
• Take initiative to ensure shipments are processed on time.
