Job summary

Kirkland's is seeking a Stock Team Member to assist with freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment. This role requires strong organization and a sense of urgency to meet store needs.

You will handle receipt of merchandise, maintain an organized stockroom, and support markdowns and price changes while aligning with brand standards. The position may require weekend/evening hours and physical lifting as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented and competitive.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to lift and move 45 pounds or more regularly.
• Ability to climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner
• Maintain an efficient and organized stockroom
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment
• Support driving profitable sales and protecting company assets
• Take personal accountability for individual performance
• Ensure shipment is processed in a timely manner
