Job summary

Kirkland's is seeking a Stock Team Member to assist with freight flow, backroom organization, salesfloor replenishment, and price changes. This role requires strong organization and a sense of urgency to meet daily store needs.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise safely, maintaining an organized stockroom, executing markdowns, replenishment, and supporting store operations and branding during shifts. Weekend/evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; stock experience preferred
• Energetic, results oriented, competitive with drive to succeed
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings
• Ability to follow company directives and Handbook
• Ability to work a schedule including early mornings and off hours
• Physical ability to lift/move 45 pounds or more and climb ladders

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving merchandise safely, timely and efficiently
• Keep stockroom organized and maintained
• Help with product assembly, markdowns and replenishment on the salesfloor
• Support driving profitable sales and protecting company assets
• Take personal accountability for performance
• Provide respectful customer service and adhere to dress code
• Support company initiatives and brand standards
• Process shipments promptly during shifts
• Report to the shift with a positive attitude
