Job summary

Kirkland's is seeking a Stock Team Member to support freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment with urgency and attention to detail. The role emphasizes following the Company Handbook, maintaining stock integrity, and driving efficient store operations.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, organizing stockrooms, executing markdowns, and ensuring timely shipment processing.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary, stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in maintaining an efficient and organized stockroom.
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Provides support for driving profitable sales, protecting company assets and support of the Company Handbook during their shifts.
• Takes personal accountability for individual performance.
