Job summary

Kirkland's is seeking a detail-oriented Stock Team Member to assist with freight flow, backroom organization, salesfloor replenishment, and price changes. The role requires strong organization and a sense of urgency to keep stockrooms and floors up to date.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, maintaining stockrooms, and supporting store operations during shifts, with emphasis on safety and efficiency. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings
• Ability to lift and move 45 pounds or more on a regular basis
• Ability to climb ladders and stock merchandise

Responsibilities

• Assist in the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner
• Maintain an efficient and organized stockroom
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment
• Support driving profitable sales and protect company assets
• Take initiative to ensure shipments are processed timely
• Treat customers with respect and adhere to dress code
• Demonstrate commitment to company values
